Upon receipt of you order, we strive to deliver your item(s) in a swift and timely manner. Please be sure to provide a working telephone number on which you can be contacted by the freight forwarder who will be delivering your item(s).
- Standard delivery of merchandise purchased without cushions is estimated 2 weeks.
- Because cushions are made to order, standard delivery of merchandise ordered with cushions is estimated 4-5 weeks.
Most orders will be delivered via curbside delivery. White Glove delivery is also available at a surcharge of $300 for the first item, and $25.00 per additional item. You can select this elective service during checkout. Please let us know of any delivery instructions at the time the order is placed.
We will be more than happy to update you on the status of your order at any time, however, please understand that tracking information is not always available once items have left our facility. If you should need to change the delivery address of a shipment, please contact us before you’ve been notified that your order has left our production facility, otherwise re-routing fees will apply.
