The Web Sales Associate will be responsible for the following:

• Assist clients during sales process in exploring product offerings and educating brand value propositions while building sales
• Identify sales opportunities and convert prospects to clients via phone, email and/or live chat
• Qualify trade clients per sector guidelines
• Deliver excellent customer services for both pre-sale and post-sale order inquiries
• Ability to handle and solve all types of client service issues via phone, email and/or live chat
• Recognize and communicate client feedback and trends in client calls for management review
• Assist in building website product listings, category merchandising and promotional campaigns

The requirements for this position include:

• Experience in a retail design environment preferred
• Previous sales experience is required
• Knowledge about interior designs and the latest e-commerce trends
• Passion for helping clients
• Internet savvy
• Driven to be part of a team achieving personal and company financial goals
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving/multitasking skills; detail-oriented
• Outstanding follow through skills; resourceful and creative
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and computer skills
• College degree is preferred
