Sales Support Manager

The Sales Support Manager is responsible for overseeing and assisting in assuring that each Sales Support Specialist has the knowledge and tools they need to achieve success in completing each task outlined within their job description.

Under the direction of the Client Services Director, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee the Client Service Reps
• Reinforce all protocol and procedure within the department
• Educate the Sales Support Department in all aspects of daily projects
• Assist them in resolving issues with any and all parts of their jobs
• Responsible for communication to the owner of the company, own Sales Rep, as well as throughout the Client Service Department
• Read and understand client purchase orders
• Review, process all orders and instructions given
• Check and resolve any issues with sales orders, purchase orders, and acknowledgements
• Prepare invoices and communicate with clients in collecting monies and shipping goods
• Responsible for communicating shipment instructions, freight consolidation, delivery coordination with carriers, warehouse and client/end users
• Follow up with all notes in notepad and with client to be sure that everything is complete
• Process and follow through on all freight claims and warranty claims

High school diploma, some college and Associates Degree required. Two to three years experience within the industry or similar experience. Five years minimum of customer service management experience.
