The Residential Sales Specialist will actively be involved in developing the markets across the region. This includes servicing existing clients, developing new sales leads, managing closing of contracts, standards programs and managing residential and design-oriented sales accounts throughout Melbourne.

We are seeking a highly successful, sales-oriented person with a thorough understanding of the high-end residential furniture industry and its purchasing process. The person would ideally have worked in a similar position in the region, and thereby have obtained full knowledge of the key decision makers and influencers, as well as a strong, high-level network (architects/interior designers) in the high-end furniture industry in Australia.

The candidate will need to be a motivated self-starter with a hunter mentality while maintaining a polished image that is in line with the company’s mission and values.


• For consideration, you must have 3 years of proven success in a similar position in the region, ideally with high-end residential sales. Furniture Industry knowledge is a plus.
• Great business acumen and ability to develop relationships at all organizational levels.
• Experience and a sensibility to work effectively within a multicultural environment.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• High-level proficiency with computers and new technology.
• Medium to extensive travel activity required.
• B.A. degree or higher preferred.
• Excellent English. Additional language skills relevant to the region are a plus.
