As a JANUS et Cie Outlet Store Manager, you will be strategically agile to drive strong sales results and ensure that the highest level of client service is delivered. As a business leader, you will be responsible for providing market expertise in relation to client needs and developing strategies to maximize product performance. You will lead and develop the store team through inspiring hands-on management and coaching; striving to identify business opportunities and implement the related actions in order to ensure the achievement of your store’s goals.


• Personally deliver sales results while managing the overall business.
• Demonstrates proper etiquette when communicating with internal and external clients (i.e. in person, phone, e-mail, and other written communication).
• Communicates effectively and with a global perspective; develops and maintains professional relationships.
• Effectively teaches, demonstrates, and implements training programs to ensure staff is trained in product knowledge, clienteling and relationship selling skills.
• Create and maintain positive employee relations by leading and developing a professional store team.
• Coaches, develops, and motivates the sales team on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to meet sales goals.
• Resolve client issues and requests in an efficient and quick manner.
• Develops a strategic plan to achieve store business goals.
• Achieve/exceed all financial and operational objectives with regard to expense control, loss prevention, audits, payroll, and weekly reports.
• Prepare, schedule, and facilitate required store meetings.

Supervisory responsibilities:

• Management responsibility for the store staff.


• 7+ years retail management experience
• Luxury experience preferred
• Retail operations knowledge including: sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, store profit and loss statements, and inventory control
• Good computer skills: Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and POS systems
• Ability to work varied hours: nights, days, and weekends to support the business needs
