Client Services Manager

The Client Services Manager is responsible for the professional development of their team members and for overseeing and assisting in assuring that each Client Services Rep has the knowledge and tools they need to achieve success in completing each task outlined within their job description.

Under the direction of the Client Services Director, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee a team of 10+ Client Services Reps, including remote team members.
• Manage all team projects and orders to successful conclusion.
• Manage key accounts and assist in building trust and relationships through successful completion of their orders.
• Reinforce all protocol and procedure within the department.
• Educate the Client Services Department in all aspects of daily projects.
• Assist them in resolving issues with any and all parts of their jobs.
• Read, understand, and execute client purchase orders.
• Review, process all orders and instructions given.
• Ensure that all order processing milestones are met within appropriate timeframe in order to meet response times and metric goals.
• Prepare invoices and communicate with clients in collecting monies and shipping goods.
• Responsible for communicating shipment instructions, freight consolidation, delivery coordination with carriers, warehouse, and client/end users.
• Detail-oriented follow up with all order notes, exceptions, and requests, and follow up with client to be sure that everything is complete.
• Network with other department heads and colleagues to strengthen relationships in order to manage the effectiveness of your team.


• High School diploma, some college and Associates Degree required.
• Two to three years’ experience within the A&D industry or similar experience.
• Manufacturing or dealership background a plus.
• Excellent verbal, writing, and editing skills.
• Excellent time-management and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Five years minimum of customer service management experience.
