Since her early days with Studio Alchimia, Italian architect Paola Navone has sought to re-imagine aspects of daily living through the merger of design and technological innovation. In the process, she has transversed the boundaries between architecture, interior design, industrial design, and the decorative arts, and has transformed residential and work landscapes with unique furnishings and objects. Navone’s considerable list of clients includes Abet Laminati, Armani Casa, Knoll International, Alessi, Piazza Sempione, Mondo, Driade, Orizzonti, Arcade, Oltrefrontiera, Casamilano, Antonangeli, Dada, Molteni, Natuzzi, Roche Bobois and Swarovski. Navone made history in 1983 as the first recipient of the prestigious Osaka International Design Award. The Dolce Vita and Strada collections are designed by Paola Navone exclusively for JANUS et Cie.
